Payments and Fees

Purchases and Refunds

Reactr processes payments on a one-time basis. Currency conversion fees, taxes, and other fees may apply based on your region. Refunds are generally not provided unless a purchase cannot be completed. Exceptions are made at Reactr's discretion. Reactr may block or withhold payouts if there are questions about term or policy violations. If this is the case, we will try to contact you promptly and keep you updated on open cases. Reactr may also block payments that may be fraudulent or otherwise questionable. If your balance becomes negative, we reserve the right to recover those funds from future payments.

Fees for Creators

Creators may incur fees such as platform, payment processing, payout, and currency conversion fees. Details on fees are available in the creator dashboard or Help Center.

Taxes and Compliance

Reactr may collect tax-related information to comply with regional laws.

Tax obligations, including income reporting, remain the creator's responsibility.

Supporters may see transaction taxes (e.g., VAT or sales tax) added to their charges.
