Reactr Community Guidelines
At Reactr, we aim to foster a safe and inclusive platform for all users. These guidelines outline the expected behavior and rules for engaging with any Reactr website. Violations of these rules may result in penalties, including permanent account suspension. Reactr is designed to support creators, not to facilitate or promote harm. Act responsibly and treat others with respect—both on and off the platform.
Prohibited Conduct
Harassment, Cruelty, and Bullying
•
Do not post or request content that is abusive, hateful, illegal, racist, derogatory, or damaging to someone's reputation.
•
Don't post, send, or solicit content that wishes death, disability, or other harm on them or anyone else. Don't insult someone because of their personal attributes (like appearance, personality traits, or intellect). Don't ridicule or taunt victims of tragic or violent events.
•
Threats, insults, or content wishing harm, including death or injury, are strictly forbidden.
•
Respect others' boundaries—if someone blocks or declines contact with you, do not attempt to reach them through other means.
Harassment and Bullying
Reactr prohibits harassment of any kind. Constructive dialogue is encouraged, but abusive language, mocking, or intimidating behavior will not be tolerated.
Bullying behavior, language, or creative works are not allowed. This includes threats, mocking based on sexual history or survivor status, sharing degrading or derogatory photos/videos, and altered images.
Specific Forms of Harassment

Dogpiling: Organizing or encouraging groups to attack an individual online.
•
Doxxing: Sharing someone's personal information (e.g., home address or phone number) without consent.
•
Swatting: Reporting false emergencies to authorities, posing serious safety risks.
Hate Speech
Hate speech targeting someone's race, gender, religion, sexual orientation, or other protected characteristics is strictly prohibited. This includes dehumanizing language, harmful stereotypes, or inciting violence.
Threats and Violence
Threats, incitement to violence, or discussions of violent plans are taken seriously. Non-literal or humorous expressions are allowed only at Reactr's discretion.
Prohibited Content
Harmful Acts
Reactr does not allow content that glorifies or promotes dangerous or self-destructive behaviors. This includes, but is not limited to:

Dangerous Challenges: Encouraging acts that could cause serious harm or death.
•
Disordered Eating: Glorifying eating disorders or extreme diets.
•
Suicide and Self-Harm: Depicting or normalizing acts of self-harm or suicide without appropriate context, such as education or advocacy.
Reactr does not permit shocking, violent, graphic, or disturbing works.
Dangerous Organizations
Reactr bans terrorism, violent extremism, and any works supporting or representing dangerous organizations or individuals. Violations result in content removal and potential forfeiture of funds.
Types of Banned Groups:
•
Terrorists: Non-state actors committing or advocating violence against civilians for political, religious, or ideological reasons.
•
Organized Hate Groups: Groups promoting ideologies like anti-LGBTQ, antisemitism, white supremacy, or similar.
•
Criminal Organizations: Entities involved in violent crimes, trafficking, or financial crimes.
•
Armed Militias: Groups engaged in conflict, military training, or mass violence.
Neutral or condemnatory references to dangerous organizations (e.g., in journalistic, historical, or educational works) are allowed.
Illegal and Regulated Activities
Content must comply with all applicable laws. The following are prohibited:
•
Activities involving illegal drugs, criminal organizations, or fraudulent schemes.
•
Promoting weapons, military funding, or political fundraising.
General Rules: Activities and goods promoted or funded on Reactr must comply with all applicable laws. Illegal or regulated activities, as outlined below, are prohibited. Violations should be reported to hello@reactr.tv.
Prohibited Activities
Illegal Conduct: No promotion or engagement in illegal acts such as fraud, phishing, money laundering, or drug use/sale. Depictions in educational, journalistic, or recovery contexts are exceptions.
Criminal Activity: Creators involved in crimes like violence, hate crimes, or gang activity are banned. Non-criminal violent acts (e.g., MMA, legal hunting) are allowed.
Regulated Financial Activities
•
No cryptocurrency investment schemes or financial advice that manages users' finances.
•
No company equity, MLM promotions, or paid endorsements.
Drugs & Ingestibles
•
No sales or promotions of drugs, alcohol, smoking products, or ingestibles like supplements or medications.
•
Educational content on these topics is allowed.
Gambling & Raffles
•
No gambling, paid raffles, or lotteries.
•
Free giveaways must comply with applicable laws and be available to everyone.
Human Trafficking & Exploitation
Reactr has zero tolerance for trafficking or sexual exploitation. Creators and fans are strictly prohibited from engaging in, promoting, or facilitating trafficking, including but not limited to sex trafficking and forced labor. Works or behaviors associated with these activities could result in account removal and being reported to relevant authorities.
Military & Political Funding
•
No funding for weapons or military activity, but support for humanitarian or veteran aid is allowed.
•
No direct funding for political campaigns, but societal causes are permitted.
Weapons
•
No sales or promotions of firearms, explosives, ammunition, or bladed weapons.
•
Educational or fictional content related to weapons is permitted.
Allowed Exceptions:
•
Educational, journalistic, historical, or recovery-related works about prohibited topics.
•
Discussions of alternative medications or speculative sports outcomes, provided no financial guarantees are involved.
Action Against Violations
Violations may result in content removal, account termination, and reporting to authorities.
Inauthentic Behavior
Misrepresentation, such as impersonating others or inflating engagement metrics, undermines the integrity of the platform. Reactr prohibits people from misrepresenting themselves, employing fake accounts, or engaging in activities that facilitate other policy violations.
Deepfakes that harm, deceive, or intimidate others are not allowed.
Reactr cannot be used to inauthentically gain views, likes, comments, or any other type of engagement.
Creators can request organic fan support or provide tutorials for genuine fan engagement.
Election Misinformation
Prohibited:
Unverified, misleading, or false claims about election fraud, candidate or voter eligibility, or content encouraging harmful behavior related to misinformation.
Allowed:
Educational, journalistic, opinion, or satirical content about elections.
Impersonation
Prohibited:
Deceptively representing another's identity or brand, such as using their name, bio, or photos without authorization or falsely claiming to be an official account.
Allowed:
Parody or fan pages with transparent disclosure (e.g., clearly labeled as parody).
Intellectual Property
Prohibited:
Uploading or sharing content you don't fully own or have rights to, and any infringement on intellectual property or legal rights.
Users may not scrape, reverse engineer, or copy Reactr's software or services to build similar platforms.
Spam
Prohibited:
Spamming or distributing unsolicited advertisements on Reactr. Sending unauthorized advertising or commercial messages, including spam or any other unsolicited communication.
Account Violations
Removed creators cannot bypass the appeals process to start a new campaign.
Nudity and Sexually Explicit Content
Reactr prohibits nudity and explicit sexual content, including real, mimicked, or digitally-altered imagery. Sexualizing minors or promoting content harmful to children is strictly forbidden.
Platform Security
Reactr prioritizes user security and platform reliability. Prohibited actions include:

Hacking, bypassing security measures, or circumventing protections.
•
Using bots or scripts to harvest data or circumvent site protections.
•
Undermining the security or reliability of our services in any way.
•
Distributing files or content that contain viruses, Trojan horses, worms, or other malicious materials.
Enforcement and Reporting
Reactr enforces these guidelines through measures such as warnings, content removal, account suspensions, or bans. Severity and recurrence of violations will determine the appropriate response.
Users are encouraged to report violations to hello@reactr.tv.
If you believe an enforcement decision was incorrect, you may appeal by contacting Reactr with detailed reasons. Appeals are evaluated at Reactr's sole discretion.
Factors Considered
Enforcement decisions consider the nature, severity, and frequency of violations.
Off-platform behavior may be considered in specific cases, such as extreme conduct or behavior impacting Reactr.
Cooperation
•
Users must cooperate with investigations and provide requested information promptly.
•
Accounts may be temporarily suspended during investigations.
•
Payouts and payments may be temporarily suspended during investigations.
Enforcement Actions
Actions range from warnings and content removal to temporary or permanent account suspensions and blocking purchases.
Exceptions may be made for public interest content (e.g., satire, educational material).
Refunds and Account Reinstatement
Refunds
Refunds are discretionary and typically not provided for violations of guidelines or terms.
Absent exceptional circumstances, we will not refund the cost of videos that are misused or content that is sent in contravention of these Guidelines or our Terms (for example, requests for hateful content or nudity) and will not refund funds held by third parties such as fees paid in connection with a purchase.
If your Creator account is suspended or Creator Content that you created is removed from our Site for violating these Guidelines or our Terms, Reactr may, in its sole discretion, withhold the corresponding funds from your current or future Reactr earnings.
Account Reinstatement
Appeals for enforcement decisions must be submitted via email with detailed reasoning.
Requests for reinstatement after suspension must confirm adherence to guidelines and may include additional acknowledgments. Reactr decides appeals and reinstatements at its sole discretion.
